Dennis R. Greene, Jr.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” (Isaiah 6:8) NKJV.
Born and raised in Phenix City, Alabama, Dennis attended Central High School and has served on the Phenix City Police Department for over 22 years and currently holds the rank of Sergeant.
In February 2014, Dennis surrendered his life to Jesus Christ and has become very passionate about serving his Lord Jesus Christ. He is excited about the opportunity the Lord has given him and his family to serve as the youth pastor at theway church.
People say that the youth will be our future. Dennis believes that they are the future now and that they should not let their youth hold them back from obtaining their dreams right now. “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12) NIV.
Dennis and his wife Gayla were married in June 2016 and have five children; Ashlee, Summer, Harley, Jayley and Mitchell. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, cabinet making, woodworking, and coaching/mentoring little league and football.
