MEET OUR PASTOR

I have pastored theway church since 2011. I am married to Sheree Wilson who I so appropriately refer to as Pretty Sheree. We have three children Haley Wilson, Luke Wilson, (wife Joah) and Karly Raye Sowell (husband Hunter). We currently have seven beautiful grandchildren Macon David Wilson and Juliet Blake Wilson, Ingram Luke Wilson (Gram), Uriah David Wilson, Asher Gene Wilson, Ava Jane Sowell, and Lane Scott Sowell. I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and served as a teacher/coach, principal, and central office administrator before surrendering to full time ministry. I love the teaching aspect of ministry and believe that intimacy with Jesus begins with the studying of His Word. The Word of God is absolutely the key to an intimate walk with Jesus Christ. I hope you will come and see us at theway church where our mission is to impact the community by teaching and training individuals that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. |
